Blockage Removal
(includes Cleaning & Level I Inspection under normal conditions)

1. Creosote Removal Minimum $125       Based on on-site conditions. Add the appropriate cleaning to price.
2. Animal & Nest Removal Minimum $125    Based on on-site conditions. Add appropriate cleaning to price.
3. Un-Combusted Raw Oil (Blocked or not Blocked) Removal (min.) $200 Based on on-site conditions. Add appropriate cleaning to price.
4. Deteriorated or cracked flue tile Removal (min.) $125 Chimney will need replacement or relining. Estimate will be given on-site.
5. Rotted or separated pre-fab chimneys: will need replacement. Estimate will be given on-site.

Pellet, Gas, or Oil Stove Service (min.)    $150
If stove was not installed by Highland Sweep Chimney Service, an owner’s manual must be present at time of service.
